At Ach Direct Debit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
